Judging Results |
deep colour, muted little scalped nose , palate course and a touch hard
cloudy? riper peachy fruits, lots of sunny fruit, little coarse and pasty
Geraldton wax, pear and a clap of chalk. Palate has a refreshing feel, although there is some density through the finish which is incongruent. A touch of oiliness on the palate. Not a bad thing.
blossom, honeyed peaches, brioche, lemon curd, lemon thyme, red apple juice concentrate.
muggy, meaty, dirty, verdelho like, orange peel, high spritz, nice move, some texture from oak, slightly drying, finishes savoury, tad disjointed.
