light, overtly lifted, simple short palate

bright and youthful, cranberry / pommegranite, little savoury, slight reductive character. good drink. moreish, lacking X factor and nuance for higher score.

So light it could almost find a home in the rose class. Summer strawberries, pomegranate, raspberry - overlaid with spices: white pepper, rosemary, sweet paprika. Chill this and drink it in Summer - this is a good thing. Jolly.
|
white pepper! quite attractive wine. great fruit brightness, intertwining with sweet and savoury spectrum.
|
Rose like in colour, musty, meaty, Lovely balance between acid and sugar. Nice spice on fin, red peppercorn, raspberry middle, Rather delicious as a rose style. Touch cumbersome though.
