Judge 1	pale, powerful white blossom, salinity, some reduction and nice intenstiy
Judge 2	nice orange blossom, good jasmine and spice, nice talcy acid, good freshness
Judge 3	Wafer complexity on the nose, abundant white fruits, white pepper, jasmine and citrus blossom. Palate has a rippling undercurrent of intensity, but there is no weight here. Orange blossom lingers in the mouth. Acidity has a zing to it.
