Judge 2	florals, fine spice and jasmines, lots of spice, high SO2, mineral / molecular hardness.
Judge 3	Lilac, citrus blossom, elderflower and nashi pear. With gentle suggestions of coriander root and ginger, this is fresh and bouncy. I like it.
