Judge 1	mod deep, quite reduced, palate little scalped without fruit weight to go with flinty reduced characteristics
Judge 2	pretty grubby, pong, pasty attenuation, palate a touch occluded, and grubby finish.
Judge 3	Waxy, cheese rind, struggling to find fresh fruit on the nose. There is a hint of preserved lemon, but I am searching. The palate feels hard, alcoholic.
Associate Judge	flinty, gun smoke, almonds, stone fruits, juicy mid palate, waxy palate, complex finish.
Associate Judge	Reduced, gun flint, mod weight, tighter acid, preserved lemon, nice savoury finish, some salty brine characters but reduction dominates front palate unfortunately.
