pale, complex nose , citrus some marizipan. austere but quite long with nice persistence.
nice, exotic, on the peachy side, wfsf, c/s, oak a little drying, touch masking the fruit.
Green fingerlime, citrus blossom, granny smith apple, pure and salty, a very very pretty wine! Ultimately good length of flavour, not great, and only lightly oaked - lacks power and drive. Everything within is clean and fresh. Short.
nose quite closed, palate caraway, fennel seeds, touch marzipan on the back palate
Riper orange zest, citrus zest and custard. Nice acid up front, good texture. slight crayon character from oak, Leaves a slightly bitter connected flavour. will develop with time. Well handled.
