Judge 2	florals, rose petal, orange blossom, c/s, little warm and phenolic. solid.
Judge 3	Citrus blossom, honeysuckly, jasmine, lemon pith, lemon curd, brine and a clap of chalk. Palate has everything, including a lanolin/beeswax/geraldton wax/ Australian native floral character. Good length of flavour. Silky texture.
Associate Judge	white flowers, stone fruits, sea spray, preserved lemons, the alcohol is a touch jagged on the back palate. just lacking on the finish
