pale, flinty intense sulphide oak interplay. Allmost slaty on palate but with great richness and verve of acidty.
fair swag of oak, oak has fair swagger, flinty / funky intrigue, tangy / rindy glace fruits. good length. lovely wfsf.
Well! Abundant spice (saffron, curry leaf, crushed slate, white pepper, struck match, paprika and turmeric) counters concentrated fruit (yellow peach, grilled white stonefruit, pink grapefruit, red apple skin, hints of pomegranate and field strawberry). Great structure, length of flavour and mouthfeel. Love this.
caramel, butterscotch citrus fruits, white peaches quite large . good acid line. good length
Nice char and SO2 edge, slight sour edge to the wine. Would be fab with food. Great length and texture. excellent length and complexity. SO2 edge throughout which is well balance with food but detracts as a sand alone drink.
