Judge 2	nice, burnt lavender sausages, ashen / peaty, lovely spice, rustic charm, fine boned and well balanced. fireworks oak, a polariser proabably
Judge 3	Rustic nose - something bodily here... Palate is an interesting mix of sweet and savoury. Moderate length of flavour. Somehow not a consistent flavour experience. Ending with liquorice.
