A bit simple creamy, finish is a touch caramelised. But there's some blue vein. Has ease and gentle chew. A bit too creamy.

brilliant salmon with bronze/pink hue pale, complex vibrant nose with floral spice and red fruit lift, hints of lanolin, fresh, lovely creamy texture, touch warm, bright acid lifts palate, savoury notes persist, wood spice, berry fruits, good length, but warmth persists

flesh - good rhubarb and cranberry, light camembert creaminess - good
palate some good savoury complexity although a little simplistic and ever so lacking some structure here.

salmon floral lychee and turkish delight peachy palate some creaminess a little crunchy on the finish
