All just a bit sweet composty, and a bit past it. Tastes okay and much the same but skinning and weak finishing. if this is the '07 it's holding up - just.
|
shows some bottled age, cherry wood and black berries on palate, warmth. alcohol heat mid-palate, supple velvety tannins, bright acid backbone, touch lifted but solid wine
|
colour change - looks older. aged red wine characters. in very good condition. relaxed fruit tones, older leathers and interesting amaro notes. This is really well done. needs food.
great example for the region!! with braised pork please.

Herbaceous and evolved. Green edgy tannins inclusive
