Judge 1	Date figgy, some cocoa too. Dense, and with white pepper mourvèdre like. Chewy and dense: the tannins in this work. They have heft but so does fruit.
Judge 2	Concentrated dense rich black fruit, mocha and spice, licorice. Big wine, warmth, full gravelly tannins, restrained, chewy in check with fruit. concentrated length.
Judge 3	ripe, rambunctious cassis here. healthy fruit tones but I need a bit more to get really excited. good tight palate, firm tannins, mouthwatering
