Judge 1	A bit silver polish smelling. Singed basil. Palate is pretty good with powerful - dare I say 'mineral' – textures. Bright and mouth-watering and primal.
Judge 2	vanilla oak spice forward, nutmeg, quince, warm palate, good acid balance but hot on finish and short length.
Judge 3	sulphide notes don't seem supported by the fruit on this occasion. density and concentration are an issue..
