Judge 1	Flinty peach stone: deep peel and things. has edginess and zest. Kernel. Tight peel and zest. Tangy and grippy. Just a sag at the back. And acid dried.
Judge 2	subdued nose, palate more generous, lemon curd, white floral, vibrant slatey acid, firm chalky texture, grapefruit pith notes. Elegant style.
Judge 3	this is a very enticing nose. just enough biscuit and toast. great use of barrels and lees. palate is full of energy and drive. flavours are perfectly varietal. structure and length on point.
