Flinty peach stone: deep peel and things. has edginess and zest. Kernel. Tight peel and zest. Tangy and grippy. Just a sag at the back. And acid dried.
subdued nose, palate more generous, lemon curd, white floral, vibrant slatey acid, firm chalky texture, grapefruit pith notes. Elegant style.
this is a very enticing nose. just enough biscuit and toast. great use of barrels and lees.
palate is full of energy and drive. flavours are perfectly varietal. structure and length on point.
Nose is lacking the fresher points, looks like rough bottling there is a bitterness that seems to come from oxidation at bottling point
