This is pretty classy: fruit and oak is fine. Fine preserved peel. Peel and pines. Dense, loaded with extract. Also really fine stiff. Beautiful fruit and wood.
|
Gunpowder/solids work, struggle to see fruit behind this (style over substance?). Warm-hot palate upfront, evolves to give lovely stone fruit and creamy nutty texture with bright acid length.
|
some fairly obvious lees work gives this a big approach and for me just lacks a bit of vineyard. would please a million people though. well done.
palate seems a little overly affected by the regime.. heavy handed.

big complex funky thing! Lots of savoury new oak gun flint and other out there nuances. The oak is bit too heavy but the inspiration seems good. This is fun!
