Judge 1	Dark and fleshy plum and treacle pud. A bit too caramel smelling. Smokey paper also. And how it tastes. Is hearty though, just a bit papery at the back.
Judge 2	inky, paddy, dense nose upfront smothers fruit, palate lacks fruit definition, warm good tannins but no character/personality
Judge 3	opaque, pigmented - very deep, fresh plummy, raw ferment notes, seems almost unoaked, very well done. wild flowers and spices are subtle but everywhere on the palate. crunchy tannins are all fruit and they bring me to food. can't fault this. simplistic bliss.
Associate Judge	Fruit pastille. Lots of wood there and heat too. Very chewy sinewy wood. Dry dry finish
