Sweet iodine, smells quite lush and forest pippy. Soft easy tannins in here, something of a surprise. tannins are fine and slinky. Easy going forest fruited example. Would appear they've backed off tannins quite intentionally. Some woodsy humus: age? For its age this is pretty smart. We'll see what happens in the discussion.

took a while to open up, floral, plums, sasparilla, bright intensity, lovely lpush palate, firm puckery tannins match fruit concentration, smart wine, brambly, tannins possibly touch overwhelming on finish

red ale. old sherry nose. troubled.
|
Complex nose kind of stinky but has character...caramel sweets. Not showing brightness on palate and seems to lack acidity but it seems this was the intention. Interesting
