Judge 1	Plum pud spicy, maybe a bit too clove, has darkness. As it tastes, but with coffee crema tannins.
Judge 2	subdued nose, flat flavours, bitter chocolate notes, hot palate, firm very drying puckery tannins, coarse. no fruit to match stalky brambly length
Judge 3	interesting, game and black pudding nose. overt meatiness hare. still rich with brooding varietal fruit notes and a soft eucalypt character. loads happening. all good. Smart structure with a big frame. I think this would make everyone look again. perhaps a beaume less and one older barrel would really do the job??
Associate Judge	oaky nose some red berries underneath. Sweet oak looks a little planky dry and obvious
