Judge 1	Smells of iron and things. Amd gentle white pepper. pretty this. As it taste with some rose and peel and lipsmacking things: grenache? There's good things in here. A touch dried.
Judge 2	pretty floral rose water/Turkish delight notes, elegant entry, cherry, red fruits bon-bon, warm palate develops evolves into chewy chunky tannins, textured, lovely bright acid backbone, spice length lingers
