This is the best of the out-of-the-fermenter shiraz. Has some sapidity. Cherry wood and brandied. This has wet chewy tannins, and a density and personailty. Almost Amarone-ish.
Savoury, vinous, very extracted on nose and palate. Touch aldehydic/skinsy, big chalky tannins. Out of balance.
charm but vegetal and a touch muted, subtle choc/mint palate.
Medicinal which is suggesting microorganism unfriendly activity. Dry palate and fruit robbed.
