Judge 1	Smells a bit dried and papery and i tastes the shame. A pity as there is a deep core. The fruit is seriously long in fact. A shame abou that drying character.
Judge 2	dark plum and leather, bay leaf and herbs. Lovely hint of violets, tobacco leaf. Good fruit intensity and briar/brambly notes. Tannins forward and defined, chalky filling. Tight acid balance, chocolate density on palate
