This is classy: restrained peel and artefact. And as it tastes. Not as deep as expected, but is persistent and tight. pure too. Icy mouth-sucking. Smart this. Great texture.
Delicious lifted white floral and solids, gun flint complexity, delicate lemon zest and toasted cashews. Vibrant purity of acid, steely, flavours persist on palate, well structured mouth watering, creamy complex. Long length.
flinty, match stick, cheddar, concentrated citrus... all good on the nose.
great flavour concentration and balance of structural elements. A well made wine.
grilled nuts and see what happens nose quite primary tropical, evolved on the palate with a bit of new oak dominance if only pegged back a bit...
