Judge 1	Lunchtime claret! Has herbals and solid fruit. Good balance of fruit and tannins. Tasty.
Judge 2	methoxypyrazines, very leafy, by leaf and hint of plum/cassis. Tannins surprisingly ripe and fine with good acid balance.
Judge 3	great bold spice driven nose. well integrated whole bunch, flinty smoke finish.
