Beeswax, lees honey: super acid in the mouth. Edgy peel, but just too raspy.

goats cheese, lemon thyme, lemon zest, vibrant nose, white blossom, vibrant juicy acidity on palate, creamy texture, undertone of struck match/solids work, vanilla spice Good length.

lime leaf extract, moderate concentration on the nose, something almond kernel. good but lacking some x-factor.
same concerns on the palate re: concentration. lovely lifted citrus notes... left wanting more from this wine.

Steely nose lacking freshness palate is quite tight and not expressing underneath some worked characters that build on palate savoury factor and not promoting fresh fruit drive
