Earthy clay type of smells, has depth. Some spice: mace-like wet. Some pretty things in here. tannins are a bit strange - wet crusts. But has a core.

Dense inky fruit, touch paddy/smoke taint character, really hot on palate. fine tannins, chalky building, generous bold wine, coarse finish.

a touch syrupy and simple. nice core of ripe fruit but lacks texture and complexity.
