Deep peel fruit in here, plus pines: pineapple sage! Just slightly clunky unknit wood. straw bales too - almost a bit Huntery. Wood is just a bit unknit, but the fruit is fab. So powerful. mouth-sucking. Oak is a bit rhum smelling.
yellow stone fruit passion pulp/cheesecake and stone fruit upfront, hint of vanilla spice, lemon zest follows, vibrant palate, zesty acidity, juicy, fine talc textures. Lovely creamy length.
good nose. a bit of vanilla wafer is a distraction. bit too much oak for the fruit core.
Great line of fresh citrus brings the palate to relevance. limeyness and soft vanilla are there.
strong toastiness oak selection yet complex sulfide to boot good texture with core of lemon zest and limey elements nice balance of acidity and freshness
