Judge 2	pooey opens up if you give a good splash, cheesy leesy savoury sauerkraut, sweetenss masks pooey notes, ugly mix
Judge 3	nose is deceiving. looks more like a leesy semm than a sweet.. savoury attributes of the production method are working against this wine. sweet and cheesy??? I'm not ready for it.
