Judge 1	Simple clean clear, some tang. Fizz tastes a bit transfer, cuvée close, like. Sea salty and refreshing, but a bit crude (if distinctive).
Judge 2	subdued nose, some cheesy, biscuity notes, nashi pear comes through, forward very coarse moose, evolves to creamy, bright granny smith acidity, phenolic texture and length
