Deep dark and thick again, just a bit lacking in life. But there's amazing fruit concentration. Fig coal dust.
savoury, woody spice, gherkin/lifted note, plums and licorice. Very warm palate upfront, chalky tannins, good fruit concentration solid wine. lingering spice.
ripe, spiced and bright. Bouquet is very attractive. could benefit from an extra layer or two of complexity.
palate is straight up and down. Acids are a touch sharp. maybe even a bit green
Raspberry coulis and star anise. Threshold Brett savoury and metallic character pervading the palate leading to a drying finish
