Just a bit hard smelling. Some may find it flinty mineral though. Good things in it also though. peel again. Does open up. And palate has drive and refreshment. Tangy pip finish.
brilliant salmon pink very pale, lanolin, savoury notes hints of floral and strawberry, SO2 (blows off) some good complexity, fine chalky texture, savoury profile with berry fruits to follow, creamy with birght fresh acid finish, long savoury length
good colour - subdued nose, taught strawberries. good cagey, mouth watering palate. finishing fruits a tad obvious. love to see some saline, savouries.
