Deep and serious this one. Solid red pip fruit, plum plus sourdough crust. Wood just floats to the surface. Decent palate with a solid red core which holds all this however. Has some power, excellent finish in fact. Oak is a bit bacon bones. But finish is good.
cherry spice mix, black fruits good concentration, bright acid, lovely velvety firm long tannin profile, chocolate, oak evident but respectful, very elegant supple wine
bright, juby, simple profile. oak seems to sit on top of this wine a little. missing the savoury, spice, mineral attraction for me.
Good sweet cherry notes, tannins are solid and provide well, nice austere bitter cocoa finish - good length. palate really kept this in the running.
Vanilla ice cream and coconut dominant oak some red currants underneath. Lean palate that is dominated by drying oaky tannins
